400 people – Team-building or a Public Demonstration?
The optimal number of people in a team for a team-building activity varies from 5 to 15. If it is smaller - it is boring, if larger – you can’t involve everyone. But what is the limit for the total size of the group?
During the Nordic region conference of Novartis, balticEVENT organised a team-building for 400 people at the same time, involving among other things 8 bars, 10 buses, 15 tasks, 40 teams, 40 historical buildings in Vilnius Old Town and 400 drinks!
If the team-building is left for balticEVENT to organise, the number of people in a team is limited, but the total number of people in the team-building is probably unlimited! However there might be other constraints - in case of Novartis we had to get the city government to sanction this team-building as a public demonstration! So the only problem is how many people can we actually fit in the Old Town of Vilnius?
